Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent, you will be working closely with our commercial customers on certificates of insurance and endorsement requests. This role's main focus is processing an average 30-40 certificate of insurance requests daily and considerably more during renewals. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. Must have Property & Casualty LicenseMust have prior State Farm experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process certificates of insurance requests.
- Manage endorsement requests
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have Property & Casualty License
- Must have prior State Farm experience
- Dedicated to customer service
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
